2009.4.12@血壓37
ARAR!!!!!!52X走了，唯有搭61M轉MTR啦!OH~~~MTR無位座唯有企下吧!只是6個站，但真的不行又開始暈了，一到站快快腳走到醫生處，好暈好暈啊!四肢無力!DR.MOK立刻幫我量血壓，OH!!醫生話可能部機壞了，因為下壓得37，再量多幾次都係差不多，DR.MOK說這就是vasovagal attack，調節血壓的機能出現問題，待一會兒便會正常了，坐一會兒見穩定了便走了。之前吃的心臟藥由於沒有幫助要停服不可再吃。
但吃過Lunch之後，去明愛再check check啦!一次過驗血、check腎、check肝、照肺及做心電圖。等了幾個鐘，最後醫生話一切正常沒有什麼可以做可以出院了，另外，醫生也同意有可能是Vasovagal attack，但他也沒有辦法。
星期一休息一天，希望星期二返工無事啦!

今年的受苦節崇拜,對我來說有另一番滋味.
感謝主咬緊牙關盡力唱出最後的兩首歌.回到詩班房後淚流滿面,因為不知道再有沒有機會唱詩歌讚美神.

醫生說血液樣本沒有問題，一切正常，只是條神經唔正常。
DR.MOK開了藥給我吃，他說這種藥可能可以幫到我無咁容易發作。暈的次數和時間真係減少了，但這兩晚我也有練歌，但不一會兒又開始心痛缺氧了，受苦節詩歌點算呢?唱唔到四首唱一首可以嗎?
各位弟兄姊妹當你們還能夠事奉的時候，你們要盡心盡性盡意事奉，愛主你的上帝。能夠哭、能夠笑和能夠事奉都是神的恩典，要珍惜。

突然好暈，差不多沒有知覺，好彩有耶穌,白車很快來到,入到醫院"訓左"個幾鐘...見行得咪出院睇家庭醫生........一check原來是vasovagal attack血管迷走神經過份活躍...d血上唔到腦
Definition of Vasovagal reaction
Vasovagal reaction: A reflex of the involuntary nervous system that causes the heart to slow down (bradycardia) and that, at the same time, affects the nerves to the blood vessels in the legs permitting those vessels to dilate (widen). As a result the heart puts out less blood, the blood pressure drops, and what blood is circulating tends to go into the legs rather than to the head. The brain is deprived of oxygen and the fainting episode occurs. The vasovagal reaction is also called a vasovagal attack. The resultant fainting is synonymous with situational syncope, vasovagal syncope, vasodepressor syncope, and Gower syndrome which is named for Sir William Richard Gower (1845-1915), a famous English neurologist. 2009.4.1@dizzy
I am always dizzy and suddenly dizzy. I don't know why. In fact, I have finished my diet schedule on 21/3. ~~~~ and eat different kinds of foodsssss. I am dizzy when I am singing and practice in choir. sometime I am dizzy after drunk coffee. Oh my god !!! I need to join the choir to worship almost each Sunday. I can't sing smoothly. What should I do?
